Call Center Operator
We are looking for a call center operator to communicate with clients, handle inquiries, and coordinate cleaning service orders. Russian and spoken Hebrew are required.

The call center operator handles incoming client calls and messages, provides information about the company’s services, clarifies order details, and passes the information to the relevant team members. Main responsibilities: - answering client calls and messages; - explaining the company’s cleaning services; - clarifying the address, date, time, and service details; - entering client and order information into the system; - forwarding orders to the relevant staff members; - maintaining polite, clear, and professional communication with clients; - assisting the client until the order is confirmed.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements: - fluent Russian; - spoken Hebrew at a level sufficient for client communication; - clear, calm, and respectful speech; - ability to listen carefully and understand client needs; - strong service orientation and good communication skills; - basic ability to work with a computer, phone, and messaging apps; - accuracy and responsibility when recording client and order details. Advantages: - knowledge of English; - knowledge of Arabic; - previous experience in a call center, sales, customer service, or administration; - experience working with clients in the service industry.
